Welcome a New Author!
When I set up this blog during Lent, I had some idea that it may turn into a group effort. I’d like to introduce fellow convert and friend Steve. He is the brother of the friend who played a significant role in my conversion, and followed us into the Church the following year. He has had a fascinating journey himself, from street preacher in Portland to Catholic convert. Likewise, he has fully embraced the Church, and her teachings, seeking to live a fully and authentically Catholic life. It seems the Holy Spirit is stirring and preparing a work among us. We’re not entirely sure what that might be, but continue to take little steps of faith as we figure it out. This blog seems to be one of those steps. I’m sure you will find Steve’s writings an inspiration and a joy.
Welcome Steve! A group blog. I like that idea. I’m retiring my Catholic blog Bekah though, no worries, not my Catholic Christian faith 🙂
Sorry to hear that Owen. Hope you’ll still be visiting with us here!
THANX Owen, I’d like to hear your story maybe you could send one of your old blogs this way for me to read.
The old ones are no longer online. It’s a story and a half as most life changing conversions are. Who knows, it may find it’s way to the web again.
Don’t be sorry and yes, I have the RSS plugged in so any time either of you write I will be reading. Also I will continue to blog but it’s time to focus on art making, poetry (if I recall you liked some of that) and I will continued to post Catholic themed anecdotal reflections from time to time from one on-line location. I’d be more than happy to be in your sidebar list as it suits and thank you for having made me a part of your “every day” read.
