Having some technology issues today, which will delay the next chapter in my conversion story.
If you will, please pray for my son who will be going to the under-17 national football team trials in the Chicago area this weekend. He and his dad will drive down there tomorrow and return on Sunday. Pray for safety and that he will be able to perform up to his ability level. He dreams of being in the NFL someday, and this program is the youth development arm of the NFL. Pretty exciting for him. He was anonymously nominated to participate.
Also, my husband graduates on Monday night and received an email inviting him to apply for a job that has opened up. We have been praying the Memorare for months now, in anticipation of his graduation and need for employment in the field he’s been studying. This looks like it might be an answer to those prayers, but we need to continue to lean on God’s mercy and listen to His will for our future. We are just so thrilled that this particular position is arriving at the moment of his graduation!
Lord, hear our prayer for employment. St. Joseph the worker, pray for Bekah’s husband.

Thank you for your prayers. Hope I can post more today. I have a laptop which has been slowly dying, and I think finally became toast yesterday. I was able to get on it briefly to post this, but it took almost an hour for it to boot up and get that far. Haven’t been able to resurrect it since. The other laptop was my husband’s but he needed a pro model to run his Adobe software for his media degree, and he gave it to me last week. One twin dumped coffee on it and now I have no delete or enter, so I’m trying to work around that. I think I can probably post in html and use line breaks. It’s just going to take me more time. We have more electronic failures in this house in the last year! It’s really ridiculous.
